RotorBlog - Made in Latvia
Advertisements
Checking out RotorBlog stats of last week I have noticed that my blog had many visits from Sabahan.com which is Malaysian blog - what’s so special? I receive many different links from other sites also. The difference is that at Sabahan.com have been published top of the most influential blogs of Malaysia and RotorBlog.com also is mentioned there!

Actually I’m not a Malaysian blogger at all - I have born and live in Latvia and I don’t nothing against Malaysia but I need to say that I can not be one of influential Malaysian bloggers, but it is a great honor for me and my blog. I think that also for my blog readers it is like quality mark which shows that RotorBlog.com is known and have influence in countries in whole world. Speaking about rankings an tops now I know that I have one of most influential blogs of Malaysia, and one blogger from Latvia have made top of Latvian blogs based on Technorati rankings and in this top I have second place (very proud) which shows that I made a nice run less than a year from absolutely nothing to recognition in different countries.
Now I’m thinking how could appear this mistake? Yes, I know several Malaysian bloggers and even read some of them more or less regularly - LiewCF (writing crap lately) for example and have also link exchange with some Malaysian blogs (Hot-screensaver). And my blog theme is made by Alex Allied and maybe thats why I look pretty Malaysian :)
In the end I want to say one more time that I’m glad to have one of the most influential Malaysian blogs, but to be associated with Latvia is a biggest honor for me.
P.S. I promise to add “About Me” page to my blog :)

February 11th, 2007 at 8:25 pmI thought you were malaysian! LOL. My mistake. Anyway, I would have to remove your blog from the list in this case then because you’ll have to be Malaysian or write about Malaysia to be included int he list.
I still think you have a good blog.

Actually, I think, this mistake one more time shows that Internet and blogging have no borders and different countries an distance between people is pretty relative.
The good side of the mistake is that I have now discovered some good Malaysian bloggers and maybe also some of my blog readers will find something interesting between Malaysian blogs and thats why I consider it as pretty good advertising campaign for both sides.
