This app works… kind of… It does upload albums nicely. 2 problems make me not want to use it any further though:
1 Albums uploaded are not appearing on other people’s News Feed, kind of stinks.
2 I can do all the tagging I want within iphoto Export. The tags however never make it to facebook.
Promising app, some debugging work required…

Double correction:
Version 1.0.3 of Facebook Exporter for iPhoto doesn’t work properly with the latest iPhoto 7.1.3 and this is a known issue for the developer.

It will mostly, only upload one photo at a time but for some, it doesn’t work at all. There is no ‘universal truth’ for you existentialist Gen.Y wallys out there (I’m referring to “The Wizard” in particular here). Just because it ‘works’ or ‘doesn’t work’ for you, doesn’t mean your experience overrides all others.
So get off your high horses, do some PROPER research, and instead of baiting each other, send an e-mail to the developer.

Disregard “The Wizard”. I used to have the iPhoto Facebook Uploader plugin when I was using iLife ‘06 and it worked fine, however, I fully agree with Carlo, Jen and Dave when they claim it doesn’t work with iLife ‘08. I have downloaded and installed this plugin 3 times since upgrading my iLife and it has failed to work even once since then. The developers really need to take care of this…

Unfortunately the facebook plugin does not work with the new version of iPhoto (version 7, the one contained in iLife08)
