Web 2.0 inspired social applications are getting better each day. I can’t help but be amazed by the slew of social networking sites and web 2.0 applications that are coming out the web, each with new and innovative set of features to boot. A good example is FriendFeed which has just been launched out of closed beta state.FriendFeed is your ultimate social sharing site for any contents that you can possible produce and publish on the web. Be it a photos, videos, blog posts, links, and music located anywhere on the web, FriendFeed can harness those contents and put into one portal for your viewing and reading pleasure.
FriendFeed crawls websites like a search engine does. And it crawls pretty much the most popular content sharing sites that we have on the web right now. (See list at the end of this post)
And did I mention how easy it is to include your accounts into your one FriendFeed account? All you have to do is click on the sites’ icon from your FriendFeed dashboard and enter your account name and the moment you hit enter, it immediately crawls and grabs the sites feeds. How convenient could that be, eh?
There are so many good features that can be written about FriendFeed. But I will leave you to discover those for yourself. I always believe that experience is always the best teacher. Hence, using FriendFeed would really make you appreciate its usefulness and rich features.
