We were basically in "beta" mode when the TechCrunch article hit. We asked Thomas Hawk to test the service and he liked it so much he told Michael Arrington about it and the rest is history. Unfortunately we weren't ready for that kind of traffic. After almost a week without sleep we're very close to having all the "kinks" worked out.
