presdo.jpgI will be pretty straightforward with this post as the site/service I’m going to feature is pretty straightforward about its services as well. The site - Presdo. What does it do? It lets you schedule an event on a web-based environment, let your prospective invitees know about the schedule, if your invitees accepts scheduling done. If they don’t accept, then you can work out the best schedule when everybody is available. That’s it, task done.

But wait, there’s more things that Presdo can do. For instance, it can work with your favorite calendar program. After setting up an event, and everybody has agreed on the event details, then you can save it to your favorite calendar program. Be it Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo! Calendar, Google Calendar and Apple’s iCal.

Saving your event is just one useful of feature Presdo. Its other notable features include; setting up location for the event, location picker, anyone can see your events without signing up to Presdo. So, you can use this to set up a meeting with colleagues even if they don’t have a Presdo account.

You can also send invites for your event through Presdo. Likewise, your invitees don’t need to register an account to reply to your invitation.

As a final note, if you check out Presdo, you’ll notice that its main page does not have too much information. Most prominent in this main page is text box (similar to a search engines search box), where you can type in the title of the event that you are setting up. That quick hah?
