Sing your heart out at MySpace Karaoke
Advertisment
This serves as a warning to all my contacts in MySpace – if you will install the newly launched Karaoke apps for MySpace, I’m going to cut the ties that binds us in MySpace. Karaoke (and its variation Videoke) in my country is a very popular hobby, and its enough that I hear my neighbors belt their lungs out every once in awhile. Now, to bring this application to MySpace, what the heck is happening to the world?
Well anyway, for those who are curious about MySpace Karaoke, it’s a new application developed by online karaoke site ksolo, as a third party application for MySpace. MySpace members can grab a decent PC mic, record their songs and post in as a widget on their MySpace profile.
It even gets worst since MySpace profile are public, your friends gets to listen to your song, and if they lasted up to the last note of your song, they can rate your performance ala Randy, Simon and Paula. But unfortunately, its not a ticket to the American Idol for you. It’s just your own little way of showcasing your crooning talent, much to the enjoyment (or dismay) of your MySpace friends. You can record up to ten songs on your personal profile, share it with friends through bulletin, embedding it on your profile or bookmark them as your favorite recordings. Aside from rating your singing performance, your friends and other MySpace members who stumbled upon your blog can become your fans as well.
MySpace Karaoke just rolled out in the U.S. MySpace platform and an international roll out will follow soon. This will definitely become a big hit in our country once it gets launched here.
