I think wigix is ok. And to the user that said that wigix has horrible customer service, wigix doesn't. I've contacted wigix's customer service several times and they would answer within 24 hours. That's pretty good turn around time compared to a lot of other places.

We tried Wigix.com as a selling venue and decided to close our account. Wigix is a good concept as a alternative to eBay, but the idea is poorly executed by Wigix Inc. A couple things that Wigix does have are good graphics (though generic), a fairly active community section, and no up front costs to sell. However, there are several problems with the website that may doom it. Wigix Inc. is not proactive in creating a professional marketplace website and instead relies on complaints and comments by users who may or may not know what they are doing (community driven). This laissez-faire philosophy can lead to indecisiveness and major problems if the user is expecting a professional marketplace atmosphere. The customer service of Wigix.com is horrible. Customer service is not avaliable 24 hours a day and can only be reached through email or posting in forums. Even then they may not answer your emails or posts. A couple of our emails that were answered were answered by a computer tech with poor customer service skills and trouble reading and typing English. The biggest issue with us was with dealing with payments through Wigix. Sellers do what they do with the expectation that it will pay off. Wigix Payments is a hazardous system in which you can only withdraw funds the first 15 days of the month and each withdraw is handled manually by Wigix Inc. We were told this policy and the first 2 days of the month in December we could not withdraw our funds and only got a withdraw of funds after at least 10 emails and postings. Finally a computer tech manually deposited our funds. The bottom line is do not waste your time with Wigix.com unless you like unneccessary headaches caused by bad management and bad customer service that makes eBay look really good.
