I was keen on making the title of this as something like, “Gridjit Marries your Twitter and Friendfeed” but decided not to push it since Gridjit is planning to include more social networks later on. And besides its tagline is “social portal for your web universe”. So, that pretty sums up what Gridjit does and aims to do.
Gridjit is a pretty simple site with a very useful service. It allows you to do two things to so many social blogging sites (or at least its what it promises to do) – aggregate your Followings and the feeds online stuff that you are sharing (links, photos, blog posts etc.).
For Twitter and Friendfeed, you need to enter your username and password. Once you’ve done this, your Twitter feeds are immediately displayed on your Gidjit portal together. Hence, its the marriage of your Twitter and Friendfeed account.
We told you it was a simple service, but a pretty useful one. Why? If you use both Twitter and Friendfeed, you’ll have one single portal to check out your feeds from those two accounts. For social media marketers and optimizers, it’s an additional marketing avenue.
