It's not about enabling people. It's about reaching in people's pockets to make more money. People lose their Paypal account everyday over frivolous reasons. Better off using RME [short for Revolution Money Exchange]. No fees with RME and they do have a debit card. They the closest to being similar to "Preypal" without the hassles.
